PRODUCT LISTING POLICY
GENERAL TERMS
- You may not post any content or sell any item on Kidcity platform that is restricted or prohibited by a federal, state or local law in India.
- Posting any content or listing any item below are specifically prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by Kidcity.
- Kidcity has chosen to also prohibit the posting of items which may not be restricted or prohibited by law but are nonetheless controversial including:
a. Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory, or that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance or drug abuse;
b. Giveaways, lotteries, raffles, or contests prohibited under law;
c. Pornographic materials or items that are sexual in nature;
d. Items that do not offer physical product or service, such as digital currencies and advertisements solely for the purpose of collecting user information.
e. Kidcity will not allow any user to post products and services where brand logo, name, style is not owned by them. Only the registered owner and their duly and legally authorised representative should post product on platform.
f. Kidcity strictly prohibits posting of product and images where copyright is legally held by other party or person. User / person posting such material is solely responsible for the legal consequences.
- Kidcity reserves the right to impose additional restrictions and prohibitions from time to time.
